While you will have a 5 year warranty with your new home this is the ideal time to have us undertake an independent practical completion inspection. We ensure that all of the work has been completed to an acceptable standard and that it meets your expectations, by ordering a comprehensive report of building defects at the pre handover stage with a Practical completion Inspection from Certified Building Inspection Services.

When identifying building defects, we examine a complete range of potential issues from major problems to paint overruns. Once the Pre handover report (practical completion Inspection) has been finalised, we explain all of the building defects with you in an easy to understand report that you can pass onto your builder allowing them ample time for any remedial work to be undertaken prior to actual handover.
